Storm Damage. Code Compliance. Contractor-Side Project Management. Solved.

The difference no one else can claim

Roofers sell roofs. Adjusters adjust claims.
We document the truth.

Most DFW roofers quietly break the law by "handling your claim." We built RDC to do what they legally can't — and to never do what we legally can't.

The Roofer
Sells roofs

Shingles, colors, warranties. Cannot legally negotiate, interpret, or value your insurance claim — though many pretend to.

The Public Adjuster
Adjusts claims

State-licensed to negotiate with the carrier, interpret policy, and represent the homeowner in a dispute.

RDC
Roofing Damage Consultants
Documents the truth

Storm verification, code compliance, contractor-side scope, and project management. We provide the evidence — you direct your claim.

⚖️
Under Texas Insurance Code §4102, only a licensed public adjuster may negotiate, interpret, or value an insurance claim. RDC does none of those — and never will. We provide construction documentation, code-compliance verification, and storm damage intelligence. All insurance communications are directed by the homeowner.
Why claims fall short

Your roof isn't the problem.
The documentation is.

Denials and underpayments rarely come from "no damage." They come from missing storm verification, incomplete photo files, and estimates that ignore current code. That's a documentation problem — and documentation is exactly what we do.

§4102

The Texas statute that bars roofers from adjusting. We operate cleanly on the right side of it.

2021

IRC & IECC codes most adjuster estimates fail to fully account for.
